Lonnie & Tammie Johns

Along with founding Christ Central Lake City, Pastor Lonnie also serves as the Lead Pastor in a fellowship of 14 churches Christ Central helped plant in the Southeast. Through his leadership the church in Lake city has grown in 18 years since it’s inception to over 2000 members with over 70,000 square feet of ministry space sitting on a beautiful 50 acre sprawling campus. The campus includes an 825 seat sanctuary, 10,000 sq. ft. Coffee Bar/Lobby, 250 seat children’s sanctuary, a 300 seat youth sanctuary, and a 100 seat multipurpose sanctuary. It also includes a gymnasium, fitness center, dance studio, recording studio, television studio as well as baseball and football fields for the sports programs. The ministry programs are many and diverse, a preschool/daycare, an after school and Sports program. The ministry also provides feeding programs, family and substance abuse counseling, deliverance and inner healing ministries. Pastor Lonnie also believes in developing the next generation of Kingdom Leaders. Young Bloods/ Core leadership 2 year training program was created to accomplish that goal.

Pastor Lonnie Johns is also the founder (President-CEO) of Still Waters West, a 72 bed Assisted Living facility for the elderly located in Lake City, Florida. He is the President-CEO of Partners of Hope International, which does medical missions and leadership training in over 40 countries. POH has medically treated over 300,000 and led over 30,000 to Christ. POH has 3 children homes in the Philippines and Honduras with 150 children being cared for. POH is also in the process of building a Recovery Home for the Homeless in Lake City Fl. with 70 beds. Pastor Lonnie serves on the Apostolic oversight board for Destiny Network International and numerous other churches.

Lonnie has been happily married to his beautiful wife Tammie for 28 amazing years. They have four children (Casey, Angel, Tre’, and Shaina) and six beautiful grandchildren
